Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC41A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,442 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC41A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippo signaling, Negative regulation of hippo signaling, and Intracellular magnesium ion homeostasis. Each is linked with SLC41A1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC41A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC41A1 results are reported.
