SLC40A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC40A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC40A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP502, ZWINT, and RNFT2. Each is linked with SLC40A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC40A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC40A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP502 grouped by SLC40A1-low versus SLC40A1-high in KIRP.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC40A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC40A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
