Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC40A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,036 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC40A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FZD5, SH3BGRL2, and COLCA2. Each is linked with SLC40A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC40A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC40A1 results are reported.
