SLC3A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC3A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,934 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC3A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC7A5, C7, and NR3C2. Each is linked with SLC3A2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC3A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC3A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC3A2 versus SLC7A5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC3A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC3A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
