SLC3A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC3A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 30,923 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC3A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC7A5, SLC1A5, and SLC7A1. Each is linked with SLC3A2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC3A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC3A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC3A2 versus SLC7A5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC3A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC3A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
