SLC3A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC3A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,684 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC3A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP159, RN7SKP248, and RNU6-876P. Each is linked with SLC3A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC3A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC3A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP159 grouped by SLC3A2-low versus SLC3A2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC3A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC3A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
