Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC3A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,171 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC3A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methionine transport, L-histidine transport, and Isoleucine transport. Each is linked with SLC3A2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC3A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC3A2 results are reported.
