Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC3A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 965 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC3A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, USP29, and OR11H2. Each is linked with SLC3A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC3A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC3A2 results are reported.
