Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC39A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,554 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC39A9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein catabolic process at synapse, Protein catabolic process at postsynapse, and Vesicle tethering. Each is linked with SLC39A9 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A9 results are reported.
