Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC39A6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC39A6-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG1B, GALP, and ZAN. Each is linked with SLC39A6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A6 results are reported.
