SLC39A5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC39A5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,432 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC39A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG3, CENPN, and MSANTD3. Each is linked with SLC39A5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAG3 grouped by SLC39A5-low versus SLC39A5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC39A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC39A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
