The most reproducible SLC39A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of gastrulation, and Mitochondrion-endoplasmic reticulum membrane tethering. Each is linked with SLC39A5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A5 results are reported.
