Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC39A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,627 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC39A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Protein depolymerization. Each is linked with SLC39A3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A3 results are reported.
