Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC39A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,258 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC39A14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are IMP biosynthetic process, Manganese ion transmembrane transport, and Iron import into cell. Each is linked with SLC39A14 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A14 results are reported.
