Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC39A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,129 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC39A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR503HG, RAB3GAP2, and RABL3. Each is linked with SLC39A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC39A1 versus MIR503HG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
