Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC38A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,547 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC38A9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein autoubiquitination, Golgi organization, and Positive regulation of TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with SLC38A9 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC38A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC38A9 results are reported.
