SLC38A7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC38A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,464 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC38A7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSNK2A2, SPCS3, and CDC42EP4_S140. Each is linked with SLC38A7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC38A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC38A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC38A7 versus CSNK2A2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC38A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC38A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
