The most reproducible SLC38A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT19_S35, FSCN1, and FSCN1_S39. Each is linked with SLC38A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC38A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC38A2 results are reported.
