Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC38A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,738 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC38A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-proline import across plasma membrane, L-proline transmembrane transport, and Proline import across plasma membrane. Each is linked with SLC38A2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC38A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC38A2 results are reported.
