Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC38A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC38A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDHS, AGRP, and SLC35G3. Each is linked with SLC38A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC38A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC38A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHS grouped by SLC38A2-low versus SLC38A2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
