Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC38A11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,082 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC38A11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Renal D-glucose absorption, N-terminal protein amino acid acetylation, and Blood coagulation, intrinsic pathway. Each is linked with SLC38A11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC38A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC38A11 results are reported.
