Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC37A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,331 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC37A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Peptidyl-serine modification, and Pyrimidine nucleotide-sugar transmembrane transport. Each is linked with SLC37A3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC37A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC37A3 results are reported.
