SLC37A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC37A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,935 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC37A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAPP1, PTAFR, and ADAP2. Each is linked with SLC37A2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC37A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC37A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC37A2 versus DAPP1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC37A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC37A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
