Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC37A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,147 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC37A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NECAB2, ALDOC, and CD58. Each is linked with SLC37A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC37A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC37A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC37A2 versus NECAB2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
