Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC37A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 653 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC37A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNRC6B, SGSM3, and L3MBTL2. Each is linked with SLC37A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC37A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC37A2 results are reported.
