SLC37A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC37A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,165 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC37A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6, AGR2, and HIP1R. Each is linked with SLC37A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC37A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC37A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC37A1 versus PLEKHA6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC37A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC37A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
