Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC37A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,479 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC37A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P43, ELAVL4-AS1, and OR7L1P. Each is linked with SLC37A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC37A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC37A1 results are reported.
