Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC37A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,397 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC37A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA wobble base 5-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-thiouridinylation, Cellular response to molecule of fungal origin, and Hexose phosphate transport. Each is linked with SLC37A1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC37A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC37A1 results are reported.
