Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC36A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC36A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, RETN, and GH2. Each is linked with SLC36A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC36A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC36A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by SLC36A1-low versus SLC36A1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC36A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC36A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
