Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35G3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,020 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35G3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Spliceosomal complex assembly, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with SLC35G3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35G3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35G3 results are reported.
