Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35G3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC35G3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADRA1A, G6PC2, and CARTPT. Each is linked with SLC35G3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35G3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35G3 results are reported.
