Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC35F6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC35F6 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher SLC35F6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC35F6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CCRCC, GBM, and LUAD are the cancer types where SLC35F6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
