Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35F5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,481 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC35F5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAS3, UGDH, and RAB25. Each is linked with SLC35F5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35F5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35F5 results are reported.
