Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35F2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,538 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35F2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA wobble guanine modification, Pyruvate decarboxylation to acetyl-CoA, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter. Each is linked with SLC35F2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35F2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35F2 results are reported.
