The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SLC35E4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC35E4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LIHC, and PRAD are the cancer types where SLC35E4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
