Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35E4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,727 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC35E4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament depolymerization, Negative regulation of small GTPase mediated signal transduction, and Positive regulation of stress fiber assembly. Each is linked with SLC35E4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35E4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35E4 results are reported.
