The most reproducible SLC35E3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ventricular septum morphogenesis, Calcium-ion regulated exocytosis, and Regulation of gap junction assembly. Each is linked with SLC35E3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35E3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35E3 results are reported.
