The most reproducible SLC35D3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Detoxification of inorganic compound. Each is linked with SLC35D3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35D3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35D3 results are reported.
