Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,491 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are UDP-N-acetylglucosamine transmembrane transport, Nucleotide-sugar transmembrane transport, and Pyrimidine nucleotide-sugar transmembrane transport. Each is linked with SLC35D1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35D1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35D1 results are reported.
