Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35C2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC35C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTUD6A, LYPD4, and SRSF12. Each is linked with SLC35C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35C2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35C2 results are reported.
