Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,498 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC5, RIC8A, and ALG1. Each is linked with SLC35C1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35C1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35C1 results are reported.
