Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC35B3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC35B3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SLC35B3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC35B3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where SLC35B3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
