Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC35B2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC35B2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SLC35B2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC35B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where SLC35B2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
