Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35B2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,208 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC35B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YIPF3, FAM107A, and RNF150. Each is linked with SLC35B2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35B2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC35B2 versus YIPF3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
