Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,054 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35B2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycoprotein biosynthetic process, Viral process, and MHC class I protein complex assembly. Each is linked with SLC35B2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35B2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35B2 results are reported.
