Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC35B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,869 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSP90B1, DNAJB11, and PDIA6. Each is linked with SLC35B1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35B1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35B1 results are reported.
