Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,641 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC59, TMEM104, and SNF8. Each is linked with SLC35B1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35B1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35B1 results are reported.
