Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,052 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC35B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, Spliceosome conformational change to release U4 (or U4atac) and U1 (or U11), and Regulation of centrosome cycle. Each is linked with SLC35B1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35B1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35B1 results are reported.
