Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC35A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,798 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC35A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Golgi organization, and Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with SLC35A5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC35A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC35A5 results are reported.
