Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC35A3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC35A3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SLC35A3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC35A3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SLC35A3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
